Sentro Tech’s 1600°C atmospheric vacuum furnaces facilitate operation of firing cycles where atmosphere condition can be altered during operation cycle, from oxidizing, (such as air to inert atmosphere), or argon/nitrogen to vacuum. This type of atmospheric vacuum furnace makes multi-atmosphere process in one cycle possible: binder burn out in air and parts sintering under vacuum or inert gas atmosphere. These atmosphere furnaces are designed for accurate air/inert gas flow rate control, accurate temperature control, excellent temperature uniformity, long lasting performance and safe operations. Our vacuum furnaces are ideal for vacuum atmosphere brazing, sintering, surface treatment, thermal heat treatment and high temperature material process including stainless steel, titanium, aerospace material, silicon carbide wafer, other metals and ceramics.

A 1600°C atmospheric vacuum furnace is used for high-temperature processes including vacuum brazing, sintering, surface treatment, and thermal heat treatment. It is ideal for processing a wide range of materials such as stainless steel, titanium, aerospace materials, silicon carbide wafers, and other metals and ceramics.
Yes. SentroTech’s 1600°C atmospheric vacuum furnace is designed as an all-in-one controlled-atmosphere and vacuum furnace, allowing atmosphere conditions to be changed during a single operation cycle. For example, binder burnout can be performed in air, followed by parts sintering under vacuum or inert gas atmosphere — all within one continuous cycle.
SentroTech’s STV-1600°C atmospheric vacuum furnace reaches a maximum working temperature of 1600°C (2910°F) and a maximum vacuum level of 10⁻² torr. These specifications apply across vacuum, inert atmosphere, and air operating conditions.
Yes. The STV-1600°C atmospheric vacuum furnace is available in multiple chamber sizes ranging from 6″x6″x6″ up to 24″x24″x24″. Most models are in stock for quick delivery, and custom sizes are available upon request.
The STV-1600°C atmospheric vacuum furnace features a 30-segment PID programmable temperature controller, allowing precise control of heating rates, dwell time holds, and cooling rates. All models also include long-life Platinum/Rhodium B-Type thermocouples and ceramic fiber board lining for excellent temperature uniformity and energy efficiency.
