We build several high-temperature tube furnaces designed to meet general use requirements for several industries and applications. Each of our tubular furnaces comes with precision temperature controls to maintain accuracy during the duty cycle. Here are the standards for our base tubular furnaces:
- High Alumina Tube Sizes: 1.5″, 2.0″, 2.5″, 3.0″ and 3.5″
- SiC Tube Sizes: 1.5″, 2.0″, 2.5″, 3.0″, 3.5″, 4.0″, 6.0″ and 8.0″
- Heating Zone Lengths: 6″, 12″, 18″, 24″ and 36″
At SentroTech, we also offer custom heating zone lengths up to 48″. These can be combined with Larger Tube ID’s as well. Our production capabilities include multi-zone high-temperature tube furnaces with independent controller systems.
