Sentro Tech specializes on high temperature high purity SiC wafer processes and annealing boats and containers. We supply various types of high purity alumina and alpha sintered SiC wafer boats and containers.
Combined with Sentro Tech's proprietary high temperature and environmentally controlled heat treatment chamber, researcher and manufacturer can then process and anneal SiC wafer under Nitrogen, Argon and other atmosphere at temperature up to 1600oC. High vacuum can also be used with alumina boats and containers.
